Studying neuroscience and studio art has allowed me to see scientific imaging in a different lens. With neuroimaging specifically, I can see beyond the clinical; I can see the beauty in the moving melting abstract shapes that are created. During my time as a resident at the Burren College of Art, I focused my energy into creating my own artistic representation of a brain scan.
